MEDIA WAIVER: By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, the ticket holder consents on behalf of themselves and any minors in their party to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and grants Ashland Town FC, Hogan Soccer, and their partners a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such images and recordings for promotional, broadcast, and commercial purposes without compensation. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including the risk of injury from soccer balls or other causes, and releases the club, venue, and their staff and volunteers from related claims. Holder agrees to comply with all venue rules; violators may be ejected without refund.
